Information you submit
When you send a membership, private-event, or general inquiry, The Vintage receives the contact and planning details you enter so the team can respond. If you apply for work, The Vintage also receives the employment details, résumé, and supporting files you choose to provide. Do not submit payment-card, government-ID, health, date-of-birth, or other sensitive information.
How it is used
We use your inquiry details to respond and help plan your visit or event. If you apply for a job, we use your application to review your interest and contact you about relevant opportunities. We also keep necessary business records and protect the website from misuse. We do not sell the information you submit.
Retention and requests
Website inquiry records are configured to expire after 90 days. Applications and uploaded files are configured to expire after one year. Email correspondence may be kept separately for business purposes. To ask about submitted information, email info@thevintageclt.com.
Age acknowledgement
Your browser saves your age confirmation on this device so you don’t have to repeat it on every page. This confirmation is not formal age verification and is not used for advertising.
Website measurement
We use first-party, cookie-free measurement to count page views, broad traffic sources and device sizes, contact and directions clicks, form outcomes, and page performance. We do not collect form contents or save persistent visitor identifiers in these analytics. Aggregate counts are retained for up to 25 months; short-lived request IDs used to prevent duplicate counts expire after two days. We respect browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Necessary security logs and backups are managed separately. We do not use advertising trackers.
