Information you submit
When you send a membership, private-event, or general inquiry, The Vintage receives the contact and planning details you enter so the team can respond. If you apply for work, The Vintage also receives the employment details, résumé, and supporting files you choose to provide. Do not submit payment-card, government-ID, health, date-of-birth, or other sensitive information.
How it is used
Inquiry information is used to answer the request and plan hospitality services. Application information is used to review your interest in employment and contact you about relevant opportunities. The Vintage also keeps necessary business records and protects the website from misuse. The Vintage does not sell submitted information.
Retention and requests
Inquiry records, applications, and uploaded files are retained only as long as needed for hospitality, hiring, and operational purposes, and are configured to expire after one year. To ask about submitted information, email info@thevintageclt.com.
Age acknowledgement
This browser stores the time of a 21+ acknowledgement on the device so the age prompt does not appear on every page. It is not a government-age verification and is not used for advertising.
Website measurement
This version does not include advertising trackers. This notice will be updated before new analytics or marketing technologies are introduced.
